THE AETHER LARP

1. I acknowledge that participating in THE AETHER LARP involves physical activity, including running and simulated combat, which carries potential risks of injury.*

2. I agree to follow all safety rules, weapon guidelines, and instructions provided by the event staff to ensure a safe environment for everyone.*

3. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation in this event and its related activities.*

4. I release THE AETHER LARP, its organizers, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injuries or property damage that may occur.*

5. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical insurance coverage and any costs related to medical treatment I might require.*

6. I certify that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in the active nature of these LARP events.*

7. I consent to receive emergency medical treatment from qualified personnel if I am injured and unable to provide consent at the time.*

8. I grant permission for the event organizers to use my image or likeness in photographs and videos for promotional and media purposes.

9. I agree to respect the venue property, equipment, and the personal belongings of other participants throughout the event.

10. I acknowledge that the organizers have the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules or behaves inappropriately.*

11. I agree that this legal waiver is governed by the laws of the local jurisdiction where the event takes place.*

12. I confirm that I have read this entire document, understand its terms, and agree to them freely and voluntarily.*

13. I agree that this signed agreement will remain in effect for this event and all future THE AETHER LARP events I attend.*
